Profile spy is mallware, many people talked about profile spy, it is twitter application using api twitter used to see who was viewed our profile, i dont know it is true aplication or fake, it need authorized your account, dont use the aplication becouse it is mallware or xss script just like facebook apps for recent days, it will update or tweet status on your twitter.
